OmniPrime Auto & Fleet started because traditional auto service was built around the shop, not the customer. Half-day drop-offs. Vague phone updates. Paper invoices that disappear. For families, that meant losing a Saturday. For fleet operators, that meant trucks parked instead of working.
We engineered a different operating model: route-based dispatch, closed-loop on-site service, factory-trained vehicle health technicians, and a digital record of every action taken on every vehicle.
