SMS Terms & Consent

What you'll receive

By providing a mobile number and opting in (at booking, in your portal, or in writing), you agree to receive text messages from OmniPrime Auto & Fleet™ including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Technician arrival ETA and on-the-way notifications.
  • Service-complete notifications and inspection-report links.
  • Account, billing, and membership messages.
  • Occasional service-related updates (e.g. weather-driven reschedules).

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service cadence — typically 2–6 messages per scheduled visit. We do not send recurring marketing messages without separate, explicit opt-in.

Carrier rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your wireless carrier; OmniPrime LLC is not responsible for carrier fees.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from a given message stream. Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@omniprimemobile.com. Opting out of operational SMS may delay your ability to receive appointment notifications.

Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent record

We retain the date, channel, and content of your opt-in for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
