OmniPrime Auto & Fleet™ is a service offering of OmniPrime LLC ("OmniPrime", "we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you visit our site, request service, enroll in a membership, or use any vehicle health device or software we provide.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact data — name, email, phone, service address.
- Vehicle data — year, make, model, VIN, mileage, license plate, photographs of the vehicle and its components captured during inspections.
- Telematics / OBD data — when you opt in to a plug-in OBD device or connected telematics, we receive diagnostic trouble codes, mileage, fuel level, battery voltage, location of the vehicle during service windows, and similar signals.
- Payment data — handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Service records — inspection results, work orders, photos, and notes from each visit.
- Site usage — log data, cookies, and similar technologies used to keep the site reliable and secure.
3. How We Use It
- Schedule, perform, and document preventive maintenance.
- Communicate appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service results.
- Sync verified service history to CARFAX so your maintenance record follows the vehicle.
- Process payments and administer memberships.
- Improve safety, route planning, and quality control.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Third Parties We Share With
We share the minimum data necessary with the providers that make our service work:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- CARFAX — verified service history reporting (vehicle, mileage, service performed).
- Telematics / OBD providers — to deliver continuous vehicle health monitoring when enrolled.
- SMS / email vendors — to deliver reminders and notifications.
- Cloud hosting — to operate the platform.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention
We retain service records, vehicle health reports, and account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support warranty, tax, and legal obligations. Telematics data is retained for operational and diagnostic review and may be aggregated or de-identified for analytics.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping obligations. Email contact@omniprimemobile.com with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
7. Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
