Parent Questions, Answered

Real Answers, From Local Owners

Which Treasure Valley areas do you serve?+
We cover Boise (downtown, North End, the Bench, SE Boise near Boise State), Meridian, Nampa (including NNU and CWI), Caldwell (College of Idaho), Eagle, Star, Kuna, Garden City, and Middleton. If your student lives within ~30 miles of downtown Boise, we come to them.
Is it safe for my student to meet your tech alone on campus?+
Every vehicle health technician is background-checked, factory-trained, uniformed, and wears a photo ID badge. We text your student a tech photo and ETA before arrival. Service happens curbside at the dorm or apartment lot — Lincoln Townhomes and Chaffee Hall at Boise State, Morrison & Sutherland at NNU, Simplot at C of I, the CWI Nampa campus lots — they never get in our vehicle and never hand over keys overnight.
How do I know the work was actually done correctly?+
Every visit produces a digital DOT-grade inspection: timestamped, GPS-tagged photos of tire tread, brake pads, fluid levels, lights, belts, and any drained fluids. You'll see the exact Boise / Nampa / Caldwell address pinned on the report. The full inspection plus signed work order is emailed to you and your student within minutes of completion.
What if something is wrong with the vehicle?+
We flag any safety concern (red), upcoming wear item (yellow), or healthy system (green) directly in the report — with photo evidence. Nothing beyond the scheduled service is performed without your written approval. Idaho winters on I-84 and the Bogus Basin road are hard on brakes and tires — we'll tell you straight what needs attention before snow hits.
Can I pay and book without my student being involved?+
Yes. Whether you're in California, Washington, Utah, or out of state, you book and pay online from anywhere. We coordinate the appointment window directly with your student by text, perform the service at their Boise or Nampa address, and send you the completed report. They never need to handle money or paperwork.
What if my student is in class or asleep when you arrive?+
We only need the vehicle unlocked — no one has to be present. We confirm the exact parking spot in advance (dorm lot, apartment stall, or campus garage), complete the service, lock the vehicle, and leave a printed copy of the inspection on the driver's seat alongside the digital report sent to your phone.
Are you a real local business — insured and recorded?+
Yes. OmniPrime Auto & Fleet is Idaho-based and locally owned, fully insured with $2M general liability and garagekeepers coverage. All service is logged to CARFAX so the maintenance history follows the vehicle for resale and warranty purposes — important when your student takes the car back home after graduation.
